    Shipping Information

    We do not offer free delivery on all UK or international order.

    UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 working days. For customers outside the UK, delivery usually takes between 7–21 working days.

    Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) on a Tuesday and Thursday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday may be sent the following working day, which should be considered when estimating delivery times.

    Delivery Options

    UK Tracked 48 Hour Delivery – £3.55

    Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery generally takes 3–5 working days. Tracking details will be sent by email or SMS.

    UK Tracked 24 Hour Delivery – £4.55

    Dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery usually within 1–2 working days. Tracking information will be provided by email or SMS.

    Please note that delivery guarantees do not apply to orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays.

    International Tracked Delivery (Europe & Rest of World) – £10

    International deliveries typically arrive within 7–21 working days. Tracking updates will be sent by email or SMS.

    European & EFTA Customers

    Customers in Europe or EFTA countries can still place orders through the .co.uk site, but import charges may apply. We do not current hold stock outside of the UK.

    Import Duties & Taxes

    Under EU Delivered At Place (DAP) regulations, orders shipped into the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

    For customers outside the EU, please review your country’s import policies if you are concerned about potential charges.
    Returns & Exchanges

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

    Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any promotional items offer at the time of purchase.

    To arrange a return, please complete the returns slip included with your order and place it inside the parcel. If no slip was included, please add a note with your name, order number, and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

    HOW TO WASH MY CAP

    The majority of our caps can be machine washed gently at 30°C or below, but we advise reviewing the care instructions for each individual product. Tumble drying or bleaching is not recommended.
    ARE ATTAIN ONE SIZE FITS ALL

    Yes, all of our caps are 58cm, however all caps are adjustable to fit most heads (circumference: 51cm-61cm)
